Article 964. Basis for the exemption of the insurers from the payment of insurance compensation and the amount of insurance

No other provision is made for property insurance, and the insured person is exempt from payment of insurance compensation for damages arising from seizure, confiscation, requisition, seizure or destruction Insured property shall be paid by the public authorities.
