Article 1194: Retorsion

The Government of the Russian Federation may impose retaliatory restrictions (retorsion) on the property and personal non-pecuniary rights of citizens and legal persons of those States in which There are special restrictions on the property and personal non-material rights of Russian citizens and legal persons.
