Article 1322: Manufacturer of the phonogram

The manufacturer of the phonogram shall be the person who has taken the initiative and responsibility for the first recording or display of sounds or other sounds. a phonogram manufacturer shall be recognized as a person whose name or name is normally marked on a copy of the phonogram and/or its packaging or otherwise in accordance with article 1310 of the present Regulation.
