Article 1540: Existence of an exclusive right to commercial designation

1. In the territory of the Russian Federation, there is an exclusive right to a commercial designation used for the individualization of an enterprise located in the territory of the Russian Federation. The key right to commercial designation shall cease if the right holder does not use it continuously during the year.
