Article 23.50. Organizations exercising State control (oversight) over the production and trafficking of ethyl alcohol, alcohol and alcohol-containing products

1. The authorities responsible for State control (oversight) in the production and trafficking of ethyl alcohol, alcohol and alcohol-containing products shall hear administrative law enforcement cases The penalties provided for in article 14.6, paragraph 2 (in respect of the regulation of the prices of ethyl alcohol, alcohol and alcohol-containing products), in article 14.16, paragraphs 2.1 and 3, in articles 14.17.3, 14.19, 1 and 2 14.43, arts. 14.44-14.46, paras. 1-4, art. 14.46.2, art. 15.13, art. 19.4, para. 6, art. 19.5, para. 22, of the present Code. The authorities referred to in part 1 of this article, within the limits of their powers, may: (1) the head of the federal executive body exercising State control (oversight) in the head of the State.
