Article 1036: Modification of the contract of commercial concession

1. The contract of a commercial concession may be modified in accordance with the rules of Chapter 29 of the present Code. 2. Modification of the contract of a commercial concession shall be subject to State registration in the manner required by law. Article 1028, paragraph 2, of the present Code.
