Article 1048: Distribution of profits

The profits earned by the comrades as a result of their joint activities shall be distributed in proportion to the value of the partners ' deposits in the common business, unless otherwise provided for in the contract of a mere comrade. The agreement to remove any of the comrades from the profits is null and void.
