Article 1285: Agreement on the exclusion of the exclusive right to produce

Under a treaty on the exclusion of the exclusive right to produce, the author or other right holder transfers or undertakes to transfer the exclusive right to the full of the work to which he belongs. I’m not sure if I’m the one who’s taking that right.
