Article 1334. Database manufacturer ' s exclusive right

1. A database manufacturer whose production (including processing or submission of relevant material) requires substantial financial, material, organizational or other costs, It is the exclusive right to extract materials from the database and use them subsequently in any form and by any means (the database manufacturer ' s exclusive right). In the absence of evidence, another database, which is costly to create, is recognized as having a database containing no less than Ten thousand separate information elements (materials) forming the content of the database (art. 126, para. 2, para. 2). to use them subsequently without the permission of the right holder, except in the cases provided for in this Code, and the removal of material means the transfer of the entire contents of the database. 2. The exclusive right of the database manufacturer.
