Article 1335. Period of validity of the exclusive right of the database manufacturer

1. The exclusive right of the database manufacturer arises at the time of its completion and is valid for a period of fifteen years from 1 January following the year of its establishment. The right of the database manufacturer published during the period is valid for a period of fifteen years, starting on 1 January of the year following the year of its release. This article is renewed at each update of the database.
