Article 1487. Exhaustion of the exclusive right to a trademark

Does not violate the exclusive right of a trademark to use the trademark by other persons in respect of goods that have been introduced into civilian traffic in the territory of the Russian Federation Federation directly by or with the consent of the right holder.
