Article 172. Inviolability of a transaction made by a minor under the age of 14
1. A transaction committed by a minor under the age of 14 is nothing but the rules laid down in article 171, paragraph 1, second paragraph, shall apply to such a transaction. 2. In the interest of a minor, his or her transaction may be deemed valid by the court if the transaction is in the interest of the minor ' s parents, adoptive parents or guardian. 3. The rules of this article do not apply to small domestic and other transactions of minors, which they are entitled to perform independently under article 28 of the present Code.
