Article 175: Inviolability of a transaction made by a minor between 14 and 18 years of age
1. A transaction committed by a minor between 14 and 18 years of age without the consent of his or her parents, adoptive parents or guardian, where such consent is required. If the transaction is declared null and void, the court may declare it null and void on the basis of the claim of the parents, adoptive parents or guardians. 2. The rules of this article shall not apply to transactions involving minors who have become fully competent.
