Article 176: Inviolability of a transaction made by a citizen limited by the court in its capacity

1. A transaction on the disposition of property made without the consent of the trustee by a citizen limited by the court in capacity (art. 30) may be declared null and void by the court on the claim of the trustee. If such a transaction is declared null and void, the rules provided for in the second paragraph of article 171, paragraph 1, of the present Code shall apply accordingly. They are charged with transactions which a citizen with limited capacity to perform independently, in accordance with article 30 of the present Code.
