Article 187. Confidence
1. A person to whom a power of attorney has been granted shall personally perform the acts for which he or she is authorized; he or she may transfer them to another person if he or she is authorized to do so by a power of attorney. But if he is compelled to do so by means of circumstances to protect the interests of the trustee and the power of attorney, he shall not forbid the betrayal of trust. The person who has given the power of attorney and the necessary information about the person to whom the authority has been transferred shall, within a reasonable period of time, be held responsible by the person responsible.c 3. The power of attorney given by the person to whom the authority has been transferred must be notarized. Certificates of attorney issued in the order of submission shall not apply to credentials issued in the order of transfer to legal entities, heads of branches and offices of the legal profession. 4. The period of validity of a power of attorney issued in the form of a transfer may not exceed the period of validity of the power of attorney on the basis of which it is issued. 6. Unless otherwise specified in the terms of the power of attorney or established by law, a representative who has transferred the authority to another person in the order of submission, not in the morning 7.
