Article 258. Farmer ' s (farm) property division

1. In the event of the termination of the peasant (farm) economy on account of the departure of all its members or on other grounds, the common property shall be divided according to the rules laid down in articles 252 and 254 (n) 2. Land and means of production belonging to the land in such cases shall be divided according to the rules laid down in this Code and the land legislation. The peasant (farm) economy, when one of its members leaves the farm, shall not be divided; the person who has left the farm shall be entitled to financial compensation in proportion to his or her share in the community. 3. In the cases provided for in this article, the share of peasant (farm) farm members in the right to joint ownership of the property of the farm shall be recognized. I am equal unless an agreement is made between them.
