Article 259. Property of an economic partnership or cooperative formed on the basis of the property of the peasant (farm) economy

1. Members of the peasant (farm) economy may establish an economic partnership or production cooperative on the basis of the farm ' s property. as a legal entity, has ownership of property transferred to it in the form of deposits and other contributions by farm members, as well as property obtained as a result of his or her de facto contribution. 2. The size of the contributions of members of a partnership or members of a cooperative established on the basis of the property of peasant (farm) farms a, is established on the basis of their share in the right of joint ownership of the property of the household as determined in accordance with article 258, paragraph 3, of the present Code.
