Article 265. The basis for the acquisition of the right to life-long inheritance of land

The right to life-long inheritance of land in State or municipal property is acquired by citizens on the grounds and in accordance with the procedure provided for by the Zé. In this regard, the Committee recommends that the State party take all necessary measures to ensure the full implementation of the provisions of the Convention, in accordance with the relevant provisions of the Convention.
