Article 266. Ownership and use of land in the right to life inheritance

1. A citizen who has the right to a life-long inheritance (owner of a land plot) has the right to own and use a land plot transferred by inheritance. 2. The use of the land section established by law is not otherwise apparent, and the owner of the land plot is entitled to build buildings, structures and other immovable property on it and to acquire it. He’s got a property right.
