Article 358.5: A pledge of right

1. A lien of law arises from the time of the conclusion of the pledge contract and from the time of the birth of the right in the future. 2. If the guarantee of the right is secured the performance of the obligation which is owed In the future, the lien arises from the moment the obligation arises.
