Article 358.6 Performance by the debtor of the pledgeor

1. The debtor of the pledgeor to which the right of claim is made shall perform the relevant obligation to the pledgeor unless otherwise provided in the contract of pledge. (art. 358.4) The debtor notified of the obligation to obtain performance from the debtor of the obligation under which it is entitled is obliged to perform its obligation to the holder of the pledge or to the debtor of the debtor of the obligation (art. 2. Unless otherwise specified by the contract of bail, upon receipt of money from the debtor against the performance of the obligation, the grantor shall, at the request of the holder of the lien, be discharged. To pay him the corresponding amounts in respect of the performance of the obligation secured by the pledge, unless otherwise provided in the bond contract, the sums of money received by the pledge holder from the debtor to the lien. 3. Once the grounds for a claim have been established, the right of enforcement shall be counted against the obligation in question. With respect to the right to claim, the pledge holder is entitled to receive performance on the claim to the extent necessary to meet the pledge holder ' s claims in respect of the claim. 4. The right to apply for performance of an obligation to demand, if the subject of the pledge is a requirement under the obligation to demand. to provide that sums of money received by the pledgeor from its debtor in respect of the performance of the obligation upon which the right(s) is asserted shall be credited to the pledge account of the pledgeor. Such an account is governed by a contract of security of rights under a bank account contract.
