Article 387: Transfer of creditor ' s rights to another person under the law

1. The rights of the creditor under the obligation shall be transferred to another person under the law in the circumstances specified therein: (1) as a result of a universal succession in the creditor ' s rights; (2) c/ on the decision of the court to transfer the creditor ' s rights to another person if the possibility of such transfer is provided for by law; (3) as a consequence of performance by the debtor ' s guarantor or non-debtor 4. In other cases provided for by law, a creditor’s rights are subrogated to the debtor responsible for the occurrence of the insurance case. The rules of this Code on assignment of claim (arts. 388-390) shall apply unless otherwise established by this Code or other law. It doesn’t come from the essence of the relationship.
