Article 414. Termination of the obligation by innovation

1. The obligation terminates by agreement between the parties to replace the original obligation existing between them with another obligation between the same persons (new), unless otherwise established. 2. Innovation shall terminate additional obligations relating to the original obligation, unless otherwise provided by agreement of the parties.
