Article 750 Cooperation of the parties to the construction contract

1. If obstacles to the proper performance of the construction contract are encountered in the execution of the construction and related works, each party shall be obliged to accept all those dependent on it. The party failing to comply with this obligation shall lose the right to compensation for damages caused by the failure to remove the obstacles. 2. The costs of the party in performing the duties referred to in paragraph 1 of this article shall be reimbursed by the other party where the construction contract so provides.
