Article 769: Contracts for research, development and technology

1. Under the research contract, the performer undertakes to carry out the research required by the customer ' s technical assignment and the pilot contract — to develop a new product or technology model and technical and/or design documentation for it, and the employer undertakes to accept the work and payment 2. The contract with the performer may cover both the entire research, development and manufacture cycle of the samples and the individual stages thereof (elements). 4. The terms and conditions of the contracts shall be borne by the contracting party. Research, development and technology must comply with laws and other laws on exclusive rights (intellectually c) (i.e., etc.)
