Article 770: Execution of works

1. The perpetrator is under an obligation to carry out scientific research in person and is not entitled to engage in the performance of a contract for the performance of the research work of third parties unless with the consent of the contracting authority. The performance of development or technological work by the performer is entitled, unless otherwise provided for in the contract, to involve third parties in its execution. the rules on the general contractor and subcontractor (article 706).
