Article 771. Confidentiality of the information constituting the subject matter of the treaty

1. Unless otherwise provided for in the contracts for research, development and technology, the parties shall ensure the confidentiality of information relating to: I am the subject of the contract, the course of its execution and the results obtained. Information recognized as confidential only with the consent of the other party.
