Article 841. Payment by third parties of funds to the depositor ' s account

Except as otherwise provided in the bank deposit contract, the deposit account shall be credited to the deposit account in the name of the depositor by third parties and shall include the necessary details of its account. It is assumed that the investor agreed to receive the money from such persons by providing them with the necessary data on the deposit account.
