Article 842. Contributions in favour of third parties
1. A contribution may be made to a bank in the name of a particular third person; unless otherwise provided for in a bank contribution contract, such person shall acquire the rights of the investor from the time of presentation to the bank. The first requirement based on these rights, or to express to the bank in another way the intention to avail itself of such rights. a (art. 54), to which a contribution is made, is an essential condition of the relevant bank contribution contract. 2. Before a third party expresses its intention to take advantage of the rights of the investor, the person who entered into the bank deposit contract 3.
