Article 11: Judicial protection of civil rights

1. The protection of violated or challenged civil rights is exercised by a court, arbitral tribunal or arbitral tribunal (hereinafter referred to as the court) in accordance with their competence. The procedure is implemented only in the cases provided for by law; an administrative decision may be challenged in court.
