Article 181.3: Inviolability of a decision of a meeting

1. The decision of the assembly shall be null and void on the grounds established by this Code or other laws, by virtue of its recognition by the court (a contested decision) or independently of such recognition (nothing). 2. If the decision of the meeting has been published, the court’s recognition of the decision of the assembly is not contested if the law does not indicate that the decision is null and void. must be published on the basis of a court decision in the same publication at the expense of the person charged with the costs of the proceedings under the procedural law. The decision of the assembly is entered in the register, and information on the court act, which renders the decision of the assembly null and void, must also be entered in the relevant register.
