Article 325. Execution of a joint and several obligation by one of the debtors
1. The performance of a joint and several obligation by one of the debtors in its entirety relieves the other debtors of the creditor ' s performance. 2. Unless otherwise implied by the relationship between the joint and several debtors: (1) owes a nick who has performed a joint and several liability is entitled to a recourse against the remaining debtors in equal shares less the share that falls on him/her; (2) unpaid by one of the joint and several debtors 3. The rules of this article shall apply, respectively, to the termination of the joint-stock liability. The claim of one of the debtors is set off.
