Article 337: A security claim

Unless otherwise provided for by law or by contract, the pledge shall ensure the extent to which it is entitled at the time of satisfaction, in particular interest, loss, compensation for damages caused by Delayed execution, as well as reimbursement of the necessary costs of the pledge holder for the maintenance of the security item and for the enforcement of the bond and its expenses.
