Article 416 Termination of the obligation of non-performance

1. An obligation ceases to be discharged if it is caused by a circumstance which, after the occurrence of the obligation, is not attributable to either party. The debtor is not entitled to claim the return of the debtor ' s performance of the obligation caused by the responsible creditor ' s actions.
