Article 1001. Reimbursement for commissioning

The Commissioner is required, in addition to payment of commission and, where appropriate, additional payment for the delcreder, to reimburse the commissioner for the commission he has spent on the execution of the commission. The commissioner shall not be entitled to reimbursement of the cost of storing the Comitant ' s property, unless the law or contract of the commission provides otherwise.
