Article 502. Exchange of goods

1. The buyer is entitled, within fourteen days from the date on which the non-food item is handed over to him if the longer period has not been declared by the seller, to exchange the goods at the place of purchase and other ms. In the event of a difference in price, the seller must be re-calculated. The buyer is entitled to return the acquired goods to the seller and to receive the money paid for them. 2. A list of goods that are not used is acceptable if the goods are not used, their consumer properties are preserved and there is evidence of their acquisition from the seller. to be exchanged or returned on the grounds specified in this article, shall be determined in accordance with the procedure established by law or other legal acts.
