Article 517. Packaging and packaging

Unless otherwise specified by the contract of delivery, the buyer (recipient) is obliged to return to the supplier multi-negotiable packagings and packaging in which the goods arrived in order and within the time frame established by the contract. Other packagings as well as packaging of goods shall be returned to the supplier only in cases which are not subject to the conditions prescribed by the law or by the law. Coached by a treaty.
