Article 671. Contract for the employment of accommodation

1. Under the housing contract, one party, the owner of the dwelling or the person authorized by him (the employer), undertakes to provide the other party (the employer) with the dwelling for payment. 2. Legal persons may be given possession and/or use of a dwelling on the basis of a lease or other contract. e person may only use the accommodation for the residence of citizens.
