Article 730: Contract for domestic contracts

1. Under a domestic contract, a contractor engaged in the business in question undertakes to perform certain work on behalf of the national or the employer. 2. The contract is a public contract (art. 426). The consumer protection laws and other legal acts adopted in accordance with them shall apply to the contract of domestic contract not regulated by this Code.
