Article 868. Revocable letter of credit

1. The withdrawal letter of credit may be modified or cancelled at the request of the payer by the issuing bank at any time without prior notification to the recipient of the funds. If the letter of credit has not been notified to the issuing bank of the modification or cancellation of the letter of credit at the time of its execution, the letter of credit shall be issued or otherwise issued.
