Article 910 Change in conditions of storage and condition of goods

1. Where the security of the goods requires a change in the conditions for their storage, the warehouse shall be entitled to take the required measures on its own; however, it shall be obliged to notify the owner of the goods. 2. When damage to the goods beyond the limits of paragraph 2 is detected during storage, the conditions for the storage of the goods required to be substantially changed. The goods warehouse is required to complete the act without delay and to notify the owner on the same day.
