Article 913 Double warehouse certificate

1. Each part of the double warehouse certificate shall contain the same particulars: (1) the name and location of the stock of goods that has taken possession of the goods; (2) the current number of the warehouse vessel (3) the name of the legal person or the national from whom the goods were taken into custody and the place (place of residence) of the owner; (4) the name of the person in question; and the quantity of goods taken into custody — number of units and (or) commodities and (or) measure (weight, volume) of goods; (5) the period of time for which the goods are taken into custody, if such period is fixed, or at the time of their storage; (c) The amount of payment for storage or the rates on which it is calculated and the manner of payment for storage; (c) the date of issue of the warehouse sv. The two parts of the double warehouse certificate must have identical signatures of the authorized person and the seal of the stock (if seals are present). This article does not constitute a double warehouse certificate.
