Article 930: Insurance of property

1. Property may be insured under an insurance agreement in favour of a person (an insured person or a beneficiary) having an interest in preserving e. 2. A property insurance contract concluded in the absence of an interest on the part of the insured person or the beneficiary in the preservation of the insured property is invalid. In the event of the conclusion of such a contract, the insured person may be awarded an interest in the property in favour of the beneficiary without the name or name of the beneficiary (insurance «to whom».
