Article 970 Application of general insurance rules to special types of insurance

The rules of this chapter shall apply to relations concerning insurance of foreign investment against non-commercial risks, maritime insurance, health insurance, insurance of banks of their contributions, insurance of pensions and insurance of export credits and investments against entrepreneurial and (or) political risks, insofar as the laws on these types of insurance and the Federal On 17 May 2007, N 82-FZ «On the Development Bank» was found to be the same.
