Article 994 Sub-Commission

1. Unless otherwise provided for in the contract of the commission, the commissioner is entitled, for the purpose of the performance of the contract, to conclude a contract of sub-commission with another person, remaining responsible for the actions of the sub-commissionor. 2. A commission may not, without the consent of the commissary, obtain the rights and obligations of the commissioner before the commission. The co-sioner shall have a direct relationship with the sub-commission, unless otherwise provided for in the commission ' s contract.
