Article 12: Implementation of labour laws and other acts containing labour law in time
A law or other regulatory act containing labour law shall enter into force on the date specified in that law or other regulatory act or law or other regulatory rights. A law or other legal instrument containing labour law or certain provisions thereof shall cease to be in force. with respect to: expiry of validity; entry into force of another act of equal or higher legal force; repeal (renewal) of the act or of certain provisions thereof by an act of equal effect A law or other normative act containing labour law does not have retroactive effect and applies to relations that have arisen since its enactment. The existence of a law or other legal instrument containing labour law applies to relations that have arisen prior to its entry into force only in cases expressly provided for therein. In relations arising prior to the enactment of a law or other legal instrument containing labour law, the said law or act shall apply to rights and obligations under the Covenant. The operation of a collective agreement, agreements over time, shall be determined by the parties in accordance with this Code. From the date of its adoption by the employer, or from the date specified in the local regulation, and applies to the relationship that has arisen since its introduction. The local regulation, the said act, applies to the rights and obligations that have arisen since its entry into force. Act relating to: expiry of the period of validity; repeal (renewal) of the local regulation or of certain provisions thereof by another local regulation; entry into force by virtue of a law or other legal instrument containing labour law, collective agreement, agreement (in the case where the said acts establish a higher level of barn) The number of employees as compared to the local legislation established).
