Article 233. Conditions of material liability of a party to an employment contract
The liability of a party to an employment contract is incurred for damage to another party to the contract as a result of its wrongful conduct (acts or omissions), If not otherwise provided for in this Code or in other federal laws, each party to an employment contract must prove the amount of the damage caused to it.
