Article 336.2 Speciality for the conclusion and termination of an employment contract with directors, deputy directors of public and municipal scientific organizations and directors of their branches

The heads of State and municipal scientific organizations are subject to employment contracts of up to five years ' duration. Their scientific organizations and their branch managers are replaced by persons under 70 years of age, regardless of the duration of the employment contract. The same person cannot replace the position of head of the same State Court. A local or municipal scientific organization has more than three terms, unless otherwise provided for by federal laws or decisions of the President of the Russian Federation.
