Article 385: Competencies of the Labour Disputes Commission
The Labour Disputes Commission is the body responsible for individual labour disputes, except for disputes in which this Code and other federal laws have established a different order. An individual labour dispute is dealt with by the labour dispute commission if the worker has not settled the dispute by means of a non-intermedial settlement, either independently or with the participation of his or her representative. — In-house negotiations with the employer.
