Article 72.1. Transfer to another job: Movement

Transfer to another job — permanent or temporary change of the employee ' s work function and (or) the structural unit in which the employee works (if the structural unit has been specified in t) If the employer continues to work with the same employer and transfers to another place of work together with the employer, the transfer to another job is permitted only with the written consent of the employer.
